Recently, a fellow colleague (Mr. Glessner) brought it to my attention that the cafeteria is no longer serving Spartan Chicken Bowl. I can't really wrap my head around this one. We often have chicken and in many different forms (wrap, patty, sticks, parm, and the classic nugget). Also, we have corn and mashed potatoes on a regular basis. If we put all these ingrediants together and make the chicken popcorn style, we will be back in business. I have to be honest, when I do the lunch count in the morning and I say Spartan Chicken Bowl, the kids' eyes light up. Please bring back the SCB. If not for certain faculty members, do it for the kids.
