Today's lunch was cheesesteaks. Is there anything better in this world than cheese? Cheddar is very underrated. Do yourself a favor, go to the store, get yourself a box of wheat thins and a block of Hidden Valley extra sharp cheddar. Then, have at it. You will be calling me and thanking me.

I would like to add another cheese to the list of underrated cheeses: munster. Not a lot of people purchase munster cheese but I feel if you give it a chance you may become a life long munster lover. Also, in life it is important to find a happy medium.
Goat cheese should absolutely be added to the underrated cheese list. If you have never tasted goat cheese I must say you should indulge in it asap! It is yummy! If you think goat cheese doesn't sound appetizing just think of this: Most cheese comes from a cow, goat cheese comes from a goat. What is the difference really?
