Spelling - Test Tomorrow (The first word is shovel.)

English - Test Tomorrow (Main / Helping Verbs)

Social Studies - The test has been moved to next Tuesday. I know that you are all very upset but we had a firedrill today. Social Studies was cut short. However, you still have to do text 164 #'s 1 - 5 (vocabulary).

BONUS QUESTION: Stories of a fountain of youth led this man to sail north from Puerto Rico. He reached a land he called Florida.

We had Chili for lunch today and it got me thinking of one of my favorite cartoons "Chilly Willy The Penguin". He came on right after "Woody Woodpecker". They shared a half-hour time slot and what a great half-hour it was. Oh the laughs we had! I can still see that little guy dancing to that wonderful theme song, I'M CHILLY WILLY THE PENGUIN, I'M FROZEN THROUGH AND THROUGH, MY NOSE IS COLD AND MY FEET ARE TOO,  HA ,  HE , HACHOO.
